What are the requirements for a password?

Hoodmarket.com attempts to make your online shopping experience as secure as possible. The password entered on registration must be alpha-numeric (that is, a mix of letters and numbers) and must be a minimum of 8 characters in total. Try and create one that’s unique, but easy to remember. Don’t worry though, if you do happen to forget it, it’s not a car wreck. We’ll help you to retrieve it or reset it if you do.

Will my password expire?

Nope, your password will never expire, but can be changed at any time as we’ve explained above.

How can I see how much stock is available on the website?

Our website can provide an estimation of stock availability for delivery, based on the previous day’s closing stock. We do our best to source stock from our esteemed partners. For some products though that we may have to source for you, especially overseas, there may be cases where this may lead to extended lead times. We however will keep you updated on the progress of your order. (Please note that, as a rule, we do not reserve stock).

Can you guarantee stock? As we are competitively priced and our stock sells on demand, we cannot guarantee stock for everything on the website. However we will try our best to source the items for you. We will be in contact with you should we encounter any problems with stock.

What products are available online?

Most general merchandise and liquor range displayed on the website is available for purchasing online. Currently, the following exceptions do apply:  Hazardous products, liquid petroleum products.

You’ll notice that our range is growing all the time and over time you will have thousands more products to choose from in the Computer and Electronics categories.

How much liquor can I buy online?

We have no limitations on liquor purchases. However, any purchase over 150 litres requires a valid liquor license. If you are purchasing in your private capacity, you will need to provide us with written approval from the Liquor Board.

Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
